What information we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company or organisation, business email address, telephone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
This website does not use accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements. Our basis is our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, and steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
- To keep records of enquiries and, where relevant, provide our services. Our basis is legitimate interests or performance of a contract.
- To meet legal obligations, where required.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision-making. We will only send you marketing if you have asked for it or where the law allows.
Who we share it with
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes the form data on our behalf to relay it to our mailbox. Our email is hosted with Zoho. These providers act as processors and may process data outside the UK; where they do, they are expected to provide appropriate safeguards. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires.
This site loads the Manrope font from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, unless the law requires longer. We then delete it or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction or to object to our processing, and to request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise a right, email us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
